Canyon Cove Hotel and Spa

You probably searched for Canyon Cove because you’re planning to buy a voucher from Metro deal, am I right? This review might help for you all wishing for an unforgettable summer, cause this beach resort could make your dreams come true.

I bought a voucher from Metrodeal good for 2 persons, but we’re actually four. Four girls. And we purchased it not knowing that the dates we want were fully booked already. So what did I do? I emailed the agency the date we want, and fortunately, they approved it.

Canyon Cove is accessible even for commuters. Please be reminded that there are no bus going straight to Nasugbu if you’re from Cubao. You can ride a bus going to Nasugbu from Baclaran, Buendia or Pedro Gil.

Okay, let me give you some few details upon arrival. The guard will ask for a government ID, so as much as possible, bring a government ID, they did not accept my school ID. And they are the one who is going to indicate how many you are on a little paper that will be submitted at the lobby.

Superior room good for 4 persons

The rooms are spacious enough for 4 persons. The staff told me that all of their rooms has a veranda and ocean view, pretty cool right? Waking up with the sound of the ocean was a great experience! Click this link for the facilities.

Only people with proper swim attire can use the pool. In-stays are allowed until 9PM.

TIPS

The foods are expensive. And I’m telling you, you can bring snacks or bottled soft drinks inside or else you’ll get hungry (don’t worry every room has a mini refrigerator) and don’t worry about their rules saying that foods aren’t allowed, they don’t really check bags, they are more like, touching bags.

Toothbrush and toothpaste. The only important things from the bathroom that you won’t see, you have to request it for 25 php each. I requested one, but they did not charge me. There are also only two towels and four pillows, coffee-maker and complimentary coffee. Also bring a coffee if you want, you could request for a bottled water.

If you’re asking if I’m satisfied enough, yes. Will I go back? Yes. (with snacks, and more nights to spend, of course)

Overall, Canyon Cove was definitely one of good resorts near Manila. I don’t have to go back to Boracay to find a resort with class, everything in Canyon Cove was god. I don’t really give much compliments, but I swear, the entire place was breathtaking and perfect.
